Project Scope
Develop a Michelin-level restaurant concept located within the Zibi development in Ottawa, Ontario, inspired by Chef Jessica Rosval’s fire-driven cuisine and cultural storytelling. The project explores how open-fire cooking, communal dining, and chef-led experiences can be expressed through interior architecture. The design responds to Zibi’s industrial riverfront context and One Planet Living framework. Program development includes a visible open kitchen, Chef’s Table, private and communal dining areas, with an emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity, and place-based narrative.
