Cancellation Policy

Studio Policies To ensure a smooth and professional design experience, the following policies apply to all services and projects. Payments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all projects and begin design work. Remaining balances are due prior to final design delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. Revisions All packages include a set number of revisions outlined within the service agreement. Additional revisions or design changes beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate. Project Timelines Project timelines may vary depending on scope, client responsiveness, and product availability. Timely communication and feedback are appreciated to keep projects moving efficiently. Procurement & Product Availability Furniture, décor, and material availability may change due to supplier inventory and shipping timelines. While every effort is made to source specified items, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, project information, and timely approvals throughout the design process. Cancellations Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Any cancellation after project initiation may be subject to charges for completed work and time already invested. Communication Business hours and response times will be outlined at the beginning of each project. Communication outside of standard business hours may be responded to on the next business day. Design Ownership All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, renderings, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been received. Photography & Portfolio Use The studio reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use project images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client
